SOBEE CLOTHING Return and Refund Policy

At Sobee, we do our best to offer you quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, here are our return and refund conditions.


1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or process refunds or exchanges.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • not have been used,
  • be in its original condition,
  • be returned in its original packaging,
  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • gift cards.

4. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

A partial refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • item returned damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of use not due to our error,
  • item returned after the 30-day period following delivery.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
We will inform you if your refund request is approved or refused.

If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank statement.
  2. Contact your card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
  3. Then, contact your bank. Some processing may take time.

If, after these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sobee.shop.


7. Sale or Promotional Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded.
Sale or promotional items are not refundable, except in case of a defect.


8. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To request an exchange:

  • write to us at info@sobee.shop, then return the item to:
    Sobee, Jobé Adrien - Rue des Cotis 3/0011, 4030 Grivegnée, Belgium.

9. Gifts

  • If the item was sent directly to you as a gift, you will receive a credit of equivalent value once the return is accepted.
  • If the item was purchased by another person to be given to you later, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

10. Product Return – Address

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a refund is granted, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

For items with a value greater than €50, we recommend using a service with package tracking or insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
